Priority Reservation Agreement
Oakwood Shores, Texas

For and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) ("Refundable Reservation Deposit") and the mutual promise herein contained, ("Prospective Purchaser") and Lone Star Land Partners, LLC a Delaware Limited Liability Company, do agree as follows:

• Lone Star Land Partners, LLC shall reserve a preferred appointment time during the Sale Weekend for Prospective Purchaser to view parcels at Oakwood Shores before offering the same to the general public. Lone Star Land Partners, LLC shall receive the Refundable Reservation Deposit from Prospective Purchaser to guarantee a preferred appointment time.

• Lone Star Land Partners, LLC will refund the $500 Reservation Deposit upon Prospective Purchaser's arrival to Oakwood Shores. If Prospective Purchaser cancels priority reservation a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment, Prospective Purchaser will be refunded the Reservation Deposit.

• This Reservation Agreement does not create an obligation to purchase by Prospective Purchaser nor an obligation to sell by Lone Star Land Partners, LLC. Parcels located at Oakwood Shores are subject to a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, a summary of which is available from your Land Consultant.
